About Me

I'm a Geospatial Data Scientist developing products for earth observation, climate forecasting, and disaster mitigation.

I use satellite remote sensing imagery, machine learning models, and other geospatial data to examine patterns and trends in the earth system. My toolbox includes Python, Spatial Statistics, Google Earth Engine, and other Cloud Computing services which I use to build models that represent and predict various earth systems phenomena.

My Services

I have experience working in all aspects of the geospatial data science lifecycle at the landscape, regional, and continental scale.

  • Python
  • Google Earth Engine
  • Machine Learning
  • Image Segmentation
  • Satellite Remote Sensing
  • Species Distribution Modeling
  • Pytorch
  • Xarray / Dask
  • Acoustic Bird Monitoring

My Work

CropScope: A high-resolution (30-m), annual-scale cropland extent time-series product for the Great Plains and beyond (1995–2021)
